As a consumer you have a certain rights.
I hope you will be happy with your product, but if for some reason you are unhappy you have a 14 day cooling off period. Please let me know within 14 days of placing your order if you wish to return your item. The cooling off time does not apply to bespoke products.
Standard delivery charge is also covered. You then have another 14 days to return the item. It must be adequately packaged upon return. Please obtain a certificate for proof of posting when you return the product to ensure you have a smooth refund.
If your download is not working, please check your connection, device & software 1st. Then take some screen shots to help resolve the issue. If this still does not work a refund may be due.

If you book a service, you also have a 14 day cooling off period. After that if you do cancel a service I retain the cost of the service if you have paid a deposit, or will charge you for the service as time will have been set aside to allocate to the service I have planned to provide you. It is likely I have already been working & planning the service for you so this will also cover work already conducted.
